Can't  disagree with Gannon there.  No reason to be running the qb now, unless he runs around and gets down before he gets hit.  

Might come down to a Gano field goal soon.  Make and we win. Miss it and they have a slight chance.

That first step, not one DE has his first step imo in the NFL and plus he is very strong.

McCaffrey's making good use of that little "halt, stutter step and accelerate" move that Le'Veon Bell does so well (when he's playing).

The added benefit to that is that defenses have to account for him, which then makes it that much more difficult to keep Cam Newton bottled up if he should run it.

I've seen people slap the ball while he is holding it with just one hand and the ball doesn't move.

Now I'm not saying that the ball could never ever be knocked out of his hands.
