Nope. That’s not the Panthers style.

Green will get nothing.

Instead Dalton will get injured in the first quarter and their back up QB will rush for 100 yards and a TD. Rivera will be mind blown and spy/blitz only to have him pass for 300 yards and two more TDs to their 3rd string WR. Their 2nd string HB will have close to 100 yards. At his point the Bengals will be close or on top and Rivera will have zero timeouts in the 4th trying desperately to run out that dreaded clock. Gano then either misses the FG, the offense doesn’t get close enough or the Bengals score and ‘we’re still a good team because we almost come away with the win...if only’ is the excuse for the week.

THAT is Panther losing style.

Just a pure guess, next week we're either going to sign Jairus byrd or who I hope in Tyvon Branch.  As of right now, the answer just is not on the roster.

This team has to get embarrassed every year before we start taking issues seriously.

Whether its getting blown out or getting humiliated by some team like the Bears, which inevitably end up costing us the season, this team has to absolutely implode before the staff will swallow their medicine on what needs to happen.

 

Which is itself of course forgotten the following season.

Definitely, this coaching staff is completely reactionary.  Been that way forever here.  Except now, they don’t even react to shet anymore.

Elder can play some safety but that also assumes that Donte Jackson is good to go unless the Panthers plan to go:

Bradberry, Adams, Jones, Doss, Munnerlyn with Gaulden and Elder spelling the safety’s and Hawkins spelling Bradberry and Doss.
