Kazee tries to decapitate Cam and gets the same fine as Torrey Smith.

Kazee is appealing his fine. He will probably get his waived and Smith's will be doubled. 

Same fine for 2 different levels of penalty. Ejection vs unnecessary roughness. Makes perfect sense.

It's complete bullshit that he didn't get a suspension. The guy blew out Marquise Lee's knee in the preseason with a cheap dirty hit and not even a month later he spears Cam in the head on a slide. This guy is going to have a target on his back soon if he doesn't already. I don't like any type of dirty play, but sometimes the game has a way of policing itself with repeat offenders.

Won't surprise me if Torrey Smith is looking for him next time out.
