What about Mike Mitchell, he’s available and knows the system too. I think he was the best safety we have had since Minter. That was for just one year, wonder if he has anything left in the tank?

Least concern? It would have to prove to be a position of any actual concern in order to qualify for the least. We don't give a FUUUUUUUUG about safeties.

Gaulden will be in for sure on Sunday, but this draft class has already proved to be one of the better ones so I feel ok with that.

As alluded to by others, Tepper doesn't strike me as a step in kind of guy. He'll let Ron and Hurney go the whole season and judge the results at the end.

Why bring another concussion prone safety to replace this one?  Especially if he's gonna want star CB money to sit on IR.

Like i posted on Sunday...  it appears he was much more suceptible to them after the one he suffered in the preseason.  I counted a few times he appeared to get up slowly after hits since coming back and appeared "woozy" for a lack of a better term.  I wish him a full recovery, but honestly, i was never excited about his addition in the first place.  I really wish we would sign Eric Reid...  hell, even Mike Mitchell, but I guess we're stuck with what we have.

That preseason concussion was one of the most immediate and worst looking ones I've seen in quite awhile.  I was honestly surprised they let him back as soon as they did.
