Actually the corn torts are more traditional than teh flour ones.

I look Mexican and when I go out to eat, they rarely ask me if I want corn or flour and just serve me the corn torts because they assume I will only eat corn. If I order flour, I get some wierd looks.

Our local Mexicano place at least puts out both the gringo and tradicionales menu...I piss 'em off by getting a traditional item and gringoizing it.

I'm a gringo and ALWAYS go for the corn tortilla. In fact I prefer the SPANISH tortilla overall.
