Obviously there are going to be some coaching changes where the new guy brought in isn't up to the task. First of all, the Bucs have a very young team and are in rebuilding mode to begin with. It's a little early to judge what Raheem Morris has done there, IMO. Secondly, I believe that John Fox has plateaued here. He's gotten as high as he's going to get, and he will not bring a Lombardi Trophy to the Carolinas.

Honestly, I believe it's best for both parties, Fox and the Carolina Panthers, if they part ways at the end of the season.

Tough call, but I guess that's why I don't make the decisions. I think John Fox is a good coach, but change can be good sometimes. I'm going to say yes, but reluctantly.

If we don't have a winning season with the returning team that we had, then without question, YES. If this was a rebuilding year or we didn't have expectations thats one thing but with a team that finished 12-4 and returned practically ever single starter there is no excuse for failing to make the playoffs. I think Jerry will look to replace him if the season continues to unfold the way it has thus far.

Uhhh yes is this is a joke? Fox is a bottom 10 coach in the NFL and I can think of 100 valid reasons on why he is a terrible coach.

Yes, seems like he picks out "his guys" and sticks with these certain few, while we release/cut current starters on other teams. Yes thats the GM making the moves, but Fox is really running the show. However, 9-7 is a reach, looks more like 7-9 at best.

We dont have a bad team, we just have an old scheme.

With the players we have we would be alright. Thats why atlanta is doing so good. They had a decent team to begin with, then the new guys came in BROUGHT a lot more talent and now you see what they got for it.

no matter how much you love driving the car you have now, there is just something special about that new car that makes you want to drive it longer, wash it more and take care of it.

John Fox is looking like an old 80's model dodge; at the time it was great because it was new, now looking back you say "damn"

If we finish without obtaining a winning record i say its time to revamp. 12-4 last year and then got embarrassed the one place we dominated all season(at home). Fox(like every other panthers head coach) would still have managed to never achieve back to back winning seasons.

Mix that in with some of his play calling this year, his jake the fake contract extension and the fact that the team has more and more players now finally speaking out(or attempting to demand a trade) just seems like he has lost the team and we are in serious need of restructuring.

Heres to hoping that we can turn it around this season, but part of me really wants fox to just keep going so we can stop postponing the inevitable .

IMO if fox and hurney are not fired, i think it would be a good idea to bring in someone like herm edwards to play the same role as bill parcells does for the dolphins. just to give them another opinion when making decisions.
