Mr. Fluff didn't you say that 5 yards receiving is same as 5 yards rushing?

P.S. Which team won, the one with RB having 100yds rushing & QB having 272 passing yards (ATL)

or

the one with RB having 100yds receiving & QB having 335 passing yards (CAR)

quick 5 yard passes are the same as 5 yards rushing,... thats a fact smart guy. They achieve the same effect which is moving the chains, chewing up clock, extending drives and all that. Plenty of Superbowl winners have used them effectively.

You are looking dumber and dumber seriously.

The loss was on the defense. You keep making stuff up to make an irrational argument.

The next place we lose is failing to have chunk plays our selves.  over half of the falcons rushing yards were on 4 chunk plays-- we are not getting chunk plays and failing to stop them.

The Panthers went to 4 playoffs out of 5 years with no 1000 rusher, and have a seriously great winning record during those years without one.  We have though gotten chunk plays and were great at stopping them-- that was  a huge reason we won,..

Again,.. no points, and the L was knifed into your forehead a long time ago GOT style,...go back to posting screen shots of Wiki and believing the L is for everyone else except you.

Keep posting-- your IQ keeps going lower and lower and lower.

So he will lead in receiving yards vs rushing ? Which I don't have a problem with long as they have other RBs putting work in the Power & Zone running game.

CMC doesn't get enough rushing attempts to stack up huge totals of rushing yards. He might be eternally doomed to have carries stolen from him by Cam and other RBs

A lot of fluff no data. You ever heard of the word physicality?

you keep ignoring all the data--plenty of data has been posted. Again you still have no clear argument other than arguing just to argue,..

Physicality usually gets thrown around after people get knocked unconscious,..

But I still have no idea what you are actually arguing about.

Mr.Fluff you haven't posted any relevant data, please answer the question below.

On Rushing, the Falcons had 3, 20+ yard runs on us, we had 1. The Falcons are now because of us near the top on chunk runs and we are near the top on chunk runs allowed because of them. We had one,... the first carry by CJ,...

On passing we have 4 20 yard+ plays on the year, 24th of all teams,.. 3 were in the final 2 drives against the falcons with DJ, Torrey, and Funchess,...

The Falcons have 9,... 7 of them were against the Panthers,..

Both teams had over 100 yards rushing.

The defining factor is big plays. Teams report repeatedly to run and stop the run, create and limit big plays. We are only winning at running, but failing at the other 3.

Thats why we lost.  The final drives showed we have the ability to do big plays, which would open up for chunk runs too, but we are too constricted, and run too much, throw too short in the beginning of games.

Now hopefully after seeing this, the coaches will start concentrating on big plays, creating and stopping, and still keep the clock efficiency running.

This team won repeatedly,..

Its a fact ball control passing is just as, if not more effective than rushing.  It has for 30+ years.

Running attempts:

Falcons: 32

Carolina: 18

2 completely different use of the running game, the team that was consistently running won the game aka ATL.

Falcons where running the ball consistently unlike the Panthers getting 6.7 YPC  & wearing down the Carolina's defense as the game went on. You do know all of those chunk yards play came after a running play via Play -action or outside tackle run. The main reason for the explosive plays was due to worn out Carolina's front 7 that led to missed tackles & missed alignment....that's the effect of a running game's physicality.

The #8 pick from last year leads our team in receptions and yards from scrimmage since he's been on the team providing top 10 pick value and we're finding ways to complain about it.

This is why we can't have nice things.

My favorite comment of the thread!
