I just have played and seen enough football to know that hit wasn't intentionally meant to be a helmet to helmet hit. Nor was it meant to be cheap. It was a much smaller man gearing up to take down someone a lot bigger and then Cam started to slide and it was too late for him to stop at that point. It was a late hit, and he deserved to get tossed because it was helmet to helmet, but it doesn't mean you go after the other teams QB. That's just terrible. 

But you're so quick to think someone is out to get Cam or is against Cam. BS.

Maybe I’m looking to far into this, but do you see our oline ever help Cam up when he gets sacked? I watch other games and OL help he qb up all the time, maybe it happens and I just don’t see it as much (but I have seen it a couple times)

Did you watch the game? Someone did put his ass in the dirt. plenty have said they should have hurt the dude and/or Ryan. if I saw someone stab my friend or even a non friend, I would shoot them and call 911. my problem is the people saying no one did anything like they just stood there and laughed about it. most the players on the field didn't even know what happened until it was over because they weren't close enough to see it take place.

suprised we are six pages in on this bitch fest and no one bothered to post the hit and reaction. Couple things:

-Torrey Smith had the best view of this an acted appropriately 

-Van Roten obviously saw the hit as he came running into the fray

-CMac just stood there. Funchess is getting all the crap but Cmac was right there and did little. 

-hard to point fingers at the other lineman as this happened so fast that it’s possible they didn’t see how egregious it was. 

-with how depleted our offensive line is, I don’t really blame any of those guys for not coming in and throwing punches.  We couldn’t afford to lose any of them due to an ejection

I was more so replying to people calling Smith a bonehead, he did what he was suppose to, luckily no one got hurt. People acting like smiths 15 yard offsetting penalty was a back breaker is revisionist history
