Do you think the Panthers will pick up Vernon Butler's 5th year option

Shaq, Star, and CMC were all worthy of first round picks. Argument could be made for Kelvin as well as that knee injury really messed him up. Vernon was talented enough to be a first rounder.

I don't hate any of those picks. But you're missing the point. Being a GM is more than just hitting on first round picks, otherwise Hurney would be one of the greatest GMs of all time.

True. Also give him credit for trai, norwell, moton, williams.

Draft is deeper than one round bud

KK, Trai, Bradberry, Samuel, Moton, Klein, Daryl Williams, Funch, Armah, Butker

All of those guys are solid NFL players to studs

OK how many played last week & contributed ?

You are mad because of injuries LOLOLOLOL dude this is some next level Gettleman hate.

Almost every single one of those guys would have played if not for injuries. Klein got paid by NO (still makes it a good draft pick) and HURNEY got rid of Butker

LMAO

Thanks largely to two generational talents in Luke and Cam, neither of which he drafted.

What does it say that Hurndog couldn't win with guys that Gman did win with?

EVERYONE of Gmans' 1st round picks are still playing in the NFL. Not one bust. Yet he can't draft? Something is wrong with this picture.

Hurney didn't have the same guys. Gettlemen took over in 2013.  Hurney had Cam and Luke as rookies. Gettlemen got them as improved seasoned vets. Look how much CMC improved year 1 to year 2. That's the difference between Hurney's Luke/Cam and Gettlemen's Luke/Cam.

"Hurndog didn't have the same guys." Of course Hurndog had rookie Cam, and rookie Luke. He drafted them. The thing is. Hurndog also had 3rd year Cam, and 2nd year Luke. And still couldn't win.

Then, Gman shows up. Added some talent to the team. And wouldn't you know it. We started to win.

I was always under the impression that winning was the most important thing in the NFL. WELL...Gman was here for 5 years. We went to the Playoffs 4 times. Won our Division 3 times. And made the stinking SuperB owl. Yet, for some, that isn't good enough. And for others, it is "Mired in Mediocrity".

Man, ain't it great being a fan?
