Rivera rips defense, says he won’t accept poor play

I've actually never heard him so pissed off in a presser as he was on this. He knows this is on him b/c this is his focus and the execution was pitiful.

Luke was the only playmaker at LB and they exploited that and they know Poe like nobody else. Haven't looked back at it yet but, yeah, familiarity.

Make up your mind! You just said that it was on the players (which it really was).

What you should have said is that it reflects poorly on Rivera (which it does).

Good thing it was only game 2. Plenty of time to correct things. We beat ourselves more than anything. Clean up dumb mistakes and we are good

dying to see Butler’s total vs Poe. Maybe it just seemed like Butler was out there a lot because every time there was a big run it was him they were running by.

Let me rephrase, the player execution is a reflection of what he focuses on.
