Norv called plays that didnt get Cam sacked and little negaitve plays with a patchwork  OL and HIS WRs sitting on the Bench.  Moore who he begged for to draft and a camp MVP.  Wright a guy from HIS SYSTEM PRIOR TO BEING HERE and Thrived.

Vs some cast off #3/4 WR from another team and a guy who has been here.  Very Ron like.  You know, where weve all b!tched and griped about him leaving younger more talented guy on the bench while starting the Vet.  Yeah that Ron.  The Same Ron who oversees things, runs things, the HEAD coach.  Whos team has had these issues long before Norv arrived or even left his old job

Norv is calling the shots which WRs, RBs & TEs goes in for the play. This was his fault for not adjusting to the flow of the game.

Thanks for the great insight

Today only, would you like me to reference the horrible decision to have CJ Anderson on the field on passing downs, or the fact that Eric Washington got promoted solely because he’s been around a long time? Even so, I thought Ron was a defensive guru? He’s an absolute joke. How about offering some insight to the contrary? At what point do you hold Ron accountable for all of the terrible decisions his coordinators make?

This game was 98 perent on the Dline playing like a JV HS squad and way too many players on offense having butterfingers.

Cam passed for over 70 percent accuracy with all those drops and we still had a chance to win in the waning seconds of the game. Let that sink in.

Yes all true

but it is also true the last r mi s of the first half horribly managed as was time management at game end. Poor very very poor

DJ Moore on th bench and Funchess starts, why?

I agree there needs to be a huge change in who is getting the minutes at WR

No idea where Samuel is health wise but we need him back badly.

A lot of blame on Norv

But had you not known he was the OC youd still be blaming shula

Its the same thing just another name to blame.

Shula is gone and the same things are happening.  So whats the common denominator?

The HC

Their boss

The guy who can over rule and give his input

The game who can tell what he wants in the game plan

The HEAD coach

Rons vet loyalty kept guys like Smith and Funchess oit there who are playing like #4s on some of the worst teams vs some of the guys prodcing.  Ron would have the next AB or ODB on the bench while starting a LaFail due to vet presence despite showing no offensive presence

Wright produced when he was in Moore never git a chance but when he did he blew up for a long TD.  Norvs playcalling didnt look all that bad.  With the situation of OL there wernt many sacks or negative plays

The issues were handling of personnel which has been a problem since Ron has been here.  Replace the OC and were still doing the same thing

On the D side our guys looked unmotivated and didnt care to be there in the 2nd half.  Yet ron just stood.  Seemed to let the "players work it out themselves"

Ron got out coached today its as simple as that

WTF are you talking about?

We lost the game because Atlanta has an exceptional offensive line that completely neutralized our 4-man pass rush. We must get to the QB with 4 man rushes because our secondary is not good enough to consistently hold up if we blitz.

Is he

Then hiw come these exact same issues come whoever OC is in there under Ron Rivera

Insert any other name and its _____ fault, because he decides.  These same issues always come up no matter who is in there at OC.  So the common denominator in all this is Ron, the guy who oversees all of this.

There is no coincidence that every OC that steps in, has Identical to a T issue here under Ron and has Zip nothing to do with him just the guy under him

You cannot convince me a league know/respected offensive guru is going to bench his guy from his system who was the only person doing anything.  And a rookie he begged for only to put in a guy who has been with Ron a long time or a "vet" that Ron, no matter who has been in at OC, Loves and always puts in

You cant tell me

Something that looks like poo

Smells like poo

Taste like poo

Is a apple, it just doesnt work that way

Nah, I have to agree. Honestly I'm fuging tired of watching division rivals style on us game after game on offense. These are the team's we know best and the "defensive minded" head coach should be able to scheme a way to stop them once or twice.

Also Norv was great today, dunno why anyone would have a problem with the game he called. Early on, receivers were running wide open everywhere, Cam was just missing wide and not really seeing the field well. Then the pass protected started to break down and guys were dropping the ball. He still managed to patch together a 400+ yard performance and 3 touchdowns.

How many years in and Ron doesn't understand clock management?  How much time was wasted in the last 2 minute drive?   A ton.  As usual.    I'm sorry, but if you don't understand how the clock works at this point you are a BAD coach.     There has been zero improvement over the years.

RR did not get outcoached.

Eric Washington did. And to the extent that Rivera is involved in the defense, he did too.

Again though, Washington is still new at his job. You have to allow for growing pains.

Offense was way more execution problems. But even with those issues, we were still in it to the end.

Our D did give up a ton

But we were still in the game after a long Moore TD in one of the only plays he was in.

Then have a chance at the end but fumble fugged it.  The OL held up and gave time but Funchess and Smith couldnt get open minus 1-2 comeback routes short.  We still had a shot at the end to go 50 yards qith a little over a min left.  And Cam has shown he could pull stuff out like that before, but this time we couldn't

Who is the next Kyle Shanahan, Doug Pederson, etc... the formula to win in Carolina is stupid easy to see and I pray Tepper sees it. You have an all NFL D-Line, HOF linebacker in Luke, and an upcoming star in D Jackson. Hell Luke is essentially an on field d coordinator. RR BRINGS NOTHING TO THIS TEAM. We need a young mind who understands how to use Cam, CMC, DJ etc.... Cam is the most dynamic QB the NFL has ever seen and you will not change my mind on that. Can you imagine Cam playing under Pederson? Cam was throwing DIMES out there today. Hire a young upcoming OC who gets the modern day NFL and either let Washington stay as DC or hire the best you can find. We do not need a defensive minded HC it’s completely wasting Cam’s potential

According to the NFL’s official stat book, the Panthers hit Matt Ryan just twice today.
