It was shocking and absolutely on the defense today.  Yes, some receivers named Funchess and Smith were bad, but offensively even with that patchwork line we look capable of scoring.

We just didn't look capable of stopping anyone.

The Carolina panthers defense is the most overrated defense of the last decade. Tired of hearing about how good the defense is.

Honestly, kinda just looked like they stopped giving a fug. I don't blame them, but hopefully they come out firing next week after seeing what the offense can do with the leash off in the second half.

Defense sucked all the way around.  Amazing we didn't give up more passing yards considering there was zero pass rush.  Run defense was gashed too.

Hopefully this is one game aberration.  For whatever reason we play awful in Atlanta.

Was nice to see offense finally come alive.  Cam is an absolutely great deodorant.

Actually at the end of the game the defense did what they needed to do and stopped them to give us a chance to win at the end. And we were one DJ Moore circus catch and 2 point coversion away from winning . 

I personally think the defense had a fluke game. We have 2 very winnable games coming up at home after this one and then TD coming back. 

The D barely did their job at the end when it was crystal clear that Atlanta was going conservative to kill the clock.

Coaching staff is to blame. We played conservatively on offense until we were forced not to and what do you know Cam started dominating, driving down the field with ease. Why can’t we attack on offense like that from the 1st quarter on until waiting until we’re forced too. Defense sucked balls too.

Yep. They showed a graphic comparing YPA today late. The Falcons were at 8.2...that's going to give you an L every fuging time.

I was curious how they would play against a good HEALTHY Oline and it isn't pretty. Blitzing shaq on 3rd and long and giving Ridley a free release made little sense lol

Same reason Moore only played once Wright was dinged up. I'm exaggerating but seems like other teams get young guys reps when we don't

Shocking? Are you really new to to this team? Our defense always struggles against any good offense. It's not surprising to me one bit. This soft zone BS doesn't cut it against good teams. The only surprising part was that it wasn't Julio who did us in today.

This was literally a case of undisciplined defense. 

We have talent. We just executed as bad as the Saints last week.
