Dumbest effing post I've seen tonight and that's saying something. Between this and you saying that Kuechly is a shitty player, what kind of message is Jeremy Igo sending by having you as a mod?

Sweet job fabricating something I never said...  I said he hasn't been the same since the concussions but he is still a great player.

Otherwise, tell me where I'm wrong in my observations and suggestions.  I admit Gordon is risky, but I just threw that one in for good measure because tell me receiver still ISN'T a problem.  I never wanted Funchess.  You know a big reason why?  DROPS.  He dropped the ball in college.  He drops the ball in the pros.  He is big and fluid, but he is soft and not explosive.  We should be done with him already.

And Rivera is not a good coach.  Debate me.

P.S. - And you are one to be designating what is and isn't a dumb/shitpost lol.  That's hilarious.

Playoffs 4 of the last 5 years. How many coaches can say that? Your turn.

ron loves our boys in black and white.

like seriously his whole philosophy on life leads him to this point where he just respects the hell out of these tremendous fug ups.

Remember the ol’ “I would have taken a shot too” bus run-over of Cam by Rivera?

Cam Newton.  Luke Keuchly.

How many other shitty coaches have the best player in football respectively on each side of the ball to carry them and mask how horrible they really are?

Your turn.

My bad. I thought you wanted to have an, at least, fact-based discussion. If you’re just going to keep repeating the same distorted opinions you usually do, no need to discuss anything.

We lose a game that was a probable loss the minute the schedule came out. And an OL in shambles due to injury. And this is a sign the whole organization needs to be rebuilt? Seems logical.

Trading or signing an available upgrade at WR, signing an upgrade at S, and more closely evaluating Rivera's job performance is rebuilding an entire organization?  I was unaware.

Aside from that, part of your statement has been the issue with our fanbase and organization under JR - "we lose a game that was a probable loss the minute the schedule came out," is loser talk.  Ask Belichick, as much as I hate him, if he ever marks an L down before a divisional game is played, lol.  Ask Tomlin.  Ask Pederson.  Ask Reid.  Any of the well-respected, strategically-inclined coaches with well-earned job security if a loss is ever the expectation.  No, losing is unacceptable and should never be the expected outcome, but sometimes it happens and you deal with it then.

Look at the games against New Orleans last year and the game today...  we looked helpless and got completely bullldozed.  Both teams moved the ball at will.  Hell, Coleman was averaging almost a first down PER CARRY.  And it's because the other coaches in the division have caught up with what Rivera was doing, either through personnel or scheme, or both.  And Rivera is not changing his gameplan, which makes it that much easier to beat.

And regardless of what you thought coming in, they were playing without their 2 best defensive players and lost another safety and right tackle during the game.  So, our injuries were irrelevant.  It comes down to coaching, both gameplanning and the handling of personnel.

I’m only speaking of you wanting to get rid of the head coach? You said “debate me” on that specific issue. I did.

So you expect to go 16-0 every year. That’s your realistic view of the situation? Because that’s what I’m talking about. Not accepting defeat. Everyone loses. When you lose a close game to a very good team, on the road, it’s not a reason to fire a head coach. Like you seem to want to do after any and every loss. You want to cherry-pick a couple games over an entire coaching resume.

I just can’t understand how a team with awful coaches, GMs, players, even owners can possibly win much more than they lose. Someone, somewhere is doing a good job of something. I already know what’s coming.

as you should. rivera would have washed out of the league several years ago if not for all of the times his hall of fame quarterback has bailed his stupid ass out.

Can’t argue with factual statements like that...lol.

Cam is the only reason I’m a Panthers fan. But some people need to get a grip on reality.

No, I don't expect to go 16-0 every year.  I said winning coaches/franchises never write a game off as a loss before it is played, like we so often like to do, especially not against division rivals.  I also said we should never expect to lose, but losses happen.  My issue with Rivera isn't that losses happen, it's against who they happen and how they happen.

And are you asking me to go through every single game of his career as a HC here?  lol.  Well, I guess we'll never know any different unless there is a coaching change, but I'm saying if you pair any good coach with Cam and Luke and he would have better results than Ron has had.  A good coach would have made adjustments in the Superbowl, despite what the refs were doing.

The truth is, Ron doesn't coach like he needs to win unless his job is on the line...  When there is no pressure on him, he coaches to not lose.  it's no coincidence that "Riverboat" wasn't a thing until it was borne out of necessity or Ron was going to lose his job.  And that is the issue I have with him.  Unless he is being pushed, he just defaults to the same old stuff.  And he has done things that demonstrate his lack of ability to manage and strategize time and again, that I have never seen anywhere else in all of my years of watching football - calling a timeout for the Saints years back when they couldn't stop the clock before halftime, which allowed them to score.  The incessant waste of timeouts and poor clock management.  The lack of respect he commands from the officials, which in turn rolls downhill onto our players.  The lack of adjustments and urgency.  Blaming issues on youth and inexperience, while not playing young players and fielding one of the oldest rosters in the league.  The lack of evolution and aggressiveness.  I watch college football and pro football whenever and wherever if we aren't playing, and he makes mistakes others never have and never will.  And again, he was interviewed 8 or 9 times without getting the HC job before we offered him one here...  maybe they were onto something.
