Rivera's philosophy is done. He doesn't put together the best roster. Players on the roster that should've been cut are costing the team. His favorites are getting more playing time than others that deserve to see the field more. We don't draft the best, we don't sign or trade for the best. I wouldn't mind firing him this week. We are heading in the wrong direction and will be lucky to win 5 more games this season with him as our head coach. Go ahead and move on from him, use the bye week to our advantage, take the lumps and start the process right now.
