Why is Vermillion still employed?

Aging teams have more injuries. Vermillion has done an incredible job over the years of getting players back on the field and ready to play again. The next time you see Thomas Davis just knock the living crap out of a running back, thank Vermillion.

also PEDs, but that's none of my bidness

Serious question. He's been with the team for so long and every year there's an injury or recurring one. Greg's foot.. Willaims being rushed back, Kalil brithers, Byrd, etc.

I don't get it. Some injuries could have been prevented.

Yes damn him for making Greg step on that guys foot and allowing Williams' knee to get hit. I hurt my back the other day working, I'm going to fire my doctor.

The only team who needs to fire their training staff on a regular basis is the Chargers because year in and year out they have devastating injuries across the board.

Contrary to what many on here believe; we as a franchise are not special. We don't have more injuries per year than anyone else. Every team deals with injuries to starters every year. It's all a crapshoot every year.
