Screen passes galore to our RB's.

That same play we keep running with trips on one side then a man motions to the backfield, ummm yeah everyone knows we will run the ball out of that because WE RUN THE BALL EVERYTIME OUT OF IT!!!!!!!

You mean those same running plays that he called in the last game that everybody thinks was a fluke because it was against the Bucs? Do you think that Fox was opposed to calling those running plays and needs to go because of it? Do you think that Fox is the reason they gave up on the run as fast as fast as they did in the first couple of games, when everybody is so sure that Fox is too conservative? A couple of weeks ago, everybody was sure that Fox was holding Meeks back, yet he's calling a hell of a lot more blitzes than he ever did with the Colts.

Jake Delhomme and his inability to find open receivers and his inability to step up in the pocket/buy time to look for an open receiver is what is killing this team.

And which open WR's are you referring to? I must have missed it when Moose and Smitty were running wide open down the middle of the field on all of those pass plays Sunday. From what I saw, Smitty beat double coverage deep one time Sunday and that was about it. I guess Delhomme could have thrown a better ball with a defender in his face, but that's a pretty low percentage attempt for any QB.

Triple option wishbone formations with Smith and Moore at wide out with Hoover, Williams/Stewart and Rosario/King/Barnidge in the backfield. IMO the wishbone creates all the oppurtunities that everyone would like to see in the passing game while still allowing the run game to be successful.

Go four wide with deangelo in the back field and run draw plays and screen passes

Deangelo can't be tackled by one guy in the open field

2 guys on smith

1 on moose

1 on moore

1 on Jarrett

Leaves 7 in the box....Deangelo and Stewart easily pick up 5-6 yards every play

Probably limit Jake to short slants, screens, no throws over 15 yards. Treat him like the Bucs and Ravens did with Trent Dilfer. They managed to get into the playoffs with a terrible QB, but it requires a defense that gives up less than 13 points a game.

I would much rather have you Coaching this team as Fox. At least you can see what is wrong at least attempt to fix it. Fox has made up his own cliche "If its Broke don't fix it".

I have no illusions that I could coach an NFL team. Being a Monday Morning Quarterback is much easier.

If Jake worked for you, would you keep him? Hell no, I'm still trying to remember the last time he hit a receiver in stride, besides the opposing team that is. I used to be a big fan of Jake also, but my God, the guy is awful! Stop blaming everyone else, its him! If he drops back to throw and no one is open or he is under pressure, throw it away. Who else out there almost craps their pants when he throws a pass?
