And people wondered why Torrey Smith won't be cut. If Samuel and Byrd stay injured all season Smith will be back for the following season.

Yeah we keeping him for those 1 catch every two games. He will be gone after this year. Pay a guy 5 million for veteran leadership GTFOH. We have plenty of veterans on this team. Ron will be gone after this year, he is as bad as Fox for playing veterans over young guys with talent.

You kidding me?

DW hurt the same knee that was already hurt. You think he really should have been playing? His body most likely over-compensated somewhere.

Olsen, maybe but any time you have a back injury, it can lead to other injuries. You can't say with any more certainty than I can that your statement is any more true.

Did you see the plays? Olsen stepped on a guy’s foot, had zero to do with his back and could’ve happened to anyone. And Williams was cheapshotted right in the knee and it’s a completely different injury than his previous injury—once again, would’ve happened the same to anyone else in that position.

Man, you are really reaching there to find some connections. Williams was fine until that asshole dove into the side of his knee. Probably would have been worse if it was the other knee, because at least the injured knee had a brace on it.

And Olsen stepped on a defender's foot. What could that possibly have to do with a bad back?

Panthers coach Ron Rivera said there's no timetable for Curtis Samuel's return.

Samuel has not played or practiced since being diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat prior to Week 1. Rivera said, "So far, so good" when asked about Samuel's recovery, though it doesn't sound like the second-year wideout is close to returning. With Samuel and Greg Olsen (foot) both sidelined, expect Devin Funchess and Christian McCaffrey to continue racking up targets.

Just breathe boys. You wanted to see what the rookie could do? Well with Samuel out and Byrd at least limited, it's gonna be his time to shine as a playmaker. I expect the game plan to heavily incorporate Moore. Look, other than Greg and Darryl, everyone else will be back. Until then we have the depth to weather it and were especially handed a break facing the Falcons in their first game without Neal and Jones. We're beating the ShitBirds this weekend and the Bengals at home then come out of the bye week 100% healthy ready to set the league on fire.

Can’t answer the question but I know I had the same procedure done and doctors didn’t want me doing much for a couple weeks

No disrespect when I ask this but does how "in shape" you are make a difference? It seems athletes recover from procedures regular folks like myself take longer to recover from. I'm not the most "in shape" but I'm fairly healthy. I had hip arthroscopic surgery July 23 and I'm still not right. You have players deemed "week to week" from such procedures. I'm just curious.
