So it's Robinson or Armini....we are screwed

So you would give up a 3rd round pick for a tackle who may only be slightly better than what we have?  Teams don't give up tackles that are anywhere close to decent...especially during the season.   You don't get rid of depth for draft picks in September.

Every blue moon you get one for salary cap concerns, but good tackles and even decent backup tackles aren't sitting on a bench waiting to be traded.  Unfortunately we gonna have to make what we have work and hopefully address it in the offseason.

With our option of starting Amini at RT........Yes.......yes I am. You can fins a team with a vet who may go 0-3 and will be more willing to part. We do not get Kalil back until half the season is gone. This team has too much talent to waste  ecstasy of the line. Can you imagine if Moton gets hurt? Or even Robinson at this point we have zero depth.....it does not exist.

Which obviously affects out top 5 defense and makes us unable to compete at all in games.

The Eagles won the SB last season with a below average offensive line and a backup QB.  Come on now

Amini isn't below average he's terrible.

Is he available?

Maybe, but he hasn't exactly looked great either.

Might be better than Silatolu, but you have to give up something to get him. I'm not that big of a fan of giving something up for a guy who isn't that good just because he's not quite as terrible as the current guy. Plus he'd  be more expensive.

Also, given that Gruden seems a little steamed about peoples reaction to the Khalil Mack trade, he might not be in a generous mood.

I’m beating a dead horse here but Amini Silatolu is truly horrible. He was on the field for the McCaffrey fumble. He managed to block no one and ended up on his face. How Rivera sees him as a starting option, I’ll never know. Start the new guy bro, he can’t be any worse.
