Finally saw our game on all22.   Shaq seemed to be in on more plays than kuechly!  He's paying off as a 1st rd pick.

Been saying it since Shaq was drafted- he's the next version of TD. Not necessarily the next TD, but certainly the next version.

TD struggled with the conversion at first, too.

Assuming Shaq continues to play as well as he did against Dallas, I think that's exactly what will happen.  And to be honest, I think even TD realizes this, and knows that if he does come back next year it will be as a backup.

What I fear is that when they do try to resign him, they will lowball him with pay of a backup (because that is what he more or less has been) and he will go to another team where he can start (Just like Klein) and get paid like a starter.

Shaq is one of my favorite tacklers I've ever seen.

him TD and Luke are head and shoulders above most and certainly no one else on the team comes close to those three. Super important for us. Should always be looking for depth too, losing any one of them hurts the defense.

Shaq played lights out. And yes, a payday from us is in the wings, a large one.

We'll keep him not just as the heir to TD, but also as our potential replacement for Luke, should he suffer another concussion and have to quit the game.
