I think Moore is Definitely going to be better

But I wouldnt laugh so fast about a Rookie going Catchless in his first game.

Moore has a very good chance he could do the same.

Right now he is behind

Funchess

Smith

Wright

CMC

Olsen

Ian Thomas

As far as targets go.

a number 1 pick behind a number 4 pick that's a backup tight end. Guess we should have went Thomas in round one. We will see. Hopefully Moore has a coming out party.

The Colts drafted some scrub WR toward the end of the 1st round back in the day. I think his name was Reggie Wayne or something like that. He also went without a catch in his first game. Hell, he had less than 400 yards his entire rookie season. I wonder whatever happened to that guy? Surely he was a bust.

Were running more 2 TE sets under Norv, hence why Thomas gets more target

And slim to none 4 WR sets, hence Moore getting less targets

I can't wait for Sunday! From what I've seen our offense would have done better than the Eagles last night. The game against us is even bigger next week. They've got a lot of work to do because starting 0-2 at the hands of your division rival is even worse.

The guys gotta handle business Sunday. I really think that the type of player DJ is translates better into the NFL and am confident that he will have a better first game. He is Smittyesque and I hope he studied #89 and continues.
