Official Atlanta Falcons vs Philadelphia Eagles game thread

Game at 8:30 PM is Falcons at Eagles 

Very relevant game for any panther fan to watch. We will play the falcons twice this season and even play them as soon as Week 2, so seeing how their offense does against a good defense is pretty important. I want to see how Ridley is implemented in their offense and how big of a role he will have in the receiving game. 

Eagles we also play this season. Although by the time we play them, Wentz should be back so we probably won't be playing Foles. However we could get a lot of out seeing how much their team has changed with Blount and Torry Smith not being on the team along with a few other changes. Some people are claiming that Torrey's presence was allowing Alshon and others to get open more easily with single coverage so now I'm very curious to see how the WR for Eagles perform. I think the Eagles are getting Sproles back , so that's another element we didnt see last season.

Of course as Panther fans, we should all be rooting for ATL to drop a game and for us to win Game 1 vs the Cowboys to get a good head start in the divisional race.

Really, it should be a good game.  Hopefully this new helmet rule isnt going to invalidate defense.

I really want the Eagles to win but I just have this feeling they're going to come out flat and the Falcons are going to stomp them. Hope I'm wrong.

I'm really warming up to the Eagles. Their fans can still suck a chode but the team itself is actually pretty cool and arent a bunch of douchebags.

Betting public has been hammering the falcons. The eagles opened as four point favorites. It’s a pickem now and has also swung to -1 Atlanta today  

When the betting public is going one way, it’s smart to go the other. 

Philly wins a close one.
