What are the expectations for DJ Moore this season. Do they expect to slowly take over that x role?

Rashaan Gaulden seems like a pretty well spoken kid, hard worker. Do you expect he finds a big role throughout the season, or do the Panthers see him as more of a developmental project?

I think they have big expectations for Moore to be a part of the mix, but obviously they like all their weapons and would ideally spread things out. He's got good hands, and is especially adept after the catch, which they really love. I think Funch stays as the X all year regardless.

Gaulden has surprised me in terms of how much he may be relied upon. He's a smart kid  and was well thought of at Tennessee (I covered him a few years there). He's a big hitter, loves contact, so obviously he'll have to be careful with the rules. I think he's in the mix behind the two vets at safety right away.
