Im a uniform buff so this stuff is cool. I remember watching the games and pre game shows etc before the Champ game.

Oakland Invaders..best helmet ever. Well..maybe the Jacksonville Bulls.

Yep. Loved the Invaders, the Jacksonville Sharks and the Orlando Rage.

I was at the last USFL game ever played. The Championship between the Oakland Invaders and the Philly Stars in the Meadowlands. I also was at the the game were Reggie White of the Memphis Showboats broke Doug Fluti's (New Jersey Generals)collarbone. I drove all the way from Staunton Virgina to attend those games.

Anyway- Looking forward to discussing the annual Cardinals/Panthers game next week. Lets hope it's not a Vinny Testeverde/Tim Ratty matchup like two years ago.

Oh how I miss NFL Europe. I remember how depressing it was thinking there was 6 months before football started up again and then it was like oh yeah NFLE is on. It was a excellent training ground for the guys that never got to play in the NFL (Jake and Warner both got playing time here). If the NFL is serious about getting teams in places like Mexico City (Cards vs 49ers game highest attendance in NFL history and that was when they both sucked balls) or Canada another developmental league would be a nice start.

I still think football could work in Europe..but it would take time..but from what i have been reading the NFL wants a team in london..that would be crazy.
