History books say Falcons 0-2 in the SB.. Carolina 0-2 in the SB . Both to the same teams as well lol but atleast one of those loses wasn’t historic . Lmfaooo . Clowns .

The fact remains the way the Failcons loss was the worst loss in SB history and there is no way around it since it is and has been noted in NFL history books. Both Panther SB were losses but we didn't lose like that.

Your 0-2 SB record feels just like mine . Lol. A loss is a loss man .

Falcons put together a defense to play good defense against anybody . Sound like idiots when you say stuff like this . Just like when NO fans say every good O copied their offense . Lmfaooo . No one is building a team to stop one player let alone a QB that can’t complete 60% of his passes .

Sigh, you're making me defend Cam. Man was the MVP a couple of years ago. You can ignore his rushing stats if you want. You can take Cam lightly, promise you the Falcons don't.

Teams frequently put together teams to contend in their division first.

DQ built the defense just like the one he had in Seattle . 2 fast LBs, 1 fast & physical SS . That’s the signature of the defense . If you call that building a defense for one man then go right ahead . He wasn’t building a defense for Cam when everybody was calling Neal & Jones “reaches” .. hell 9/10 still don’t even know who Campbell is . I’m not giving them credit for DQ  doing what he does “build & coach good defenses”

Let's be real, dude. You guys didn't just "lose a Super Bowl".

Plenty of teams have lost a Super Bowl. In most cases, hardly anybody remembers how it happened. You guys lost in such memorably epic fashion that the whole football world remembers it.

Yes we've lost as well, but I can take genuine solace in knowing we didn't lose like that.

Have you noticed that whenever I give pie on this site, I use the 28-3 icon?

I got over that pretty quick, It was to the GOAT HC and GOAT QB, don't think any other team could have done that. Falcons also lost both starting tackles in the second half and the center was literally playing on a broken leg. Poo happens.

Yeah, still have moments of "One more play, One more GD play..." but I've been rooting for the Falcons since the early 80s, not giving up on them now.

I think coming back the next year, making the playoffs and winning a playoff game speak volumes to the mental toughness of the team.

Hey suit yourself, you don't have to agree with me. It IS a defense that works really well against mobile QBs.

That's a reasonable response.

Dungy used to always flush Vick away from his dominant side. Seemed to work pretty well.

I suspect Norv Turner is going to use something that looks more like a traditional Coryell offense than Mike Shula's run dominant attack. I'm hoping for less read-option, for sure.

Trust me I’m not . Any defense with speed at every position is gonna be good against mobile QBs or any other QB . Much like this defense. It isn’t just good against Scam . Suit yourself & trying to figure out why I say this . Like saying LOB worked well against Kaepernick.. lol . It worked well against everybody .

If Cam gets the short passing game down,  panther offense will be deadly.  Going to be skeptical about that until I see it consistently in the regular season.

The offense has looked good in preseason, but it is preseason. Personally, I think the Oline is gong to torpedo your year. Don't see any way it gels early in the year. It they can stay healthy, this offense may be something later in the year
