When I offer to sell my game tickets to fans, I get no takers or they want them for a "deal". So I sell to whoever is willing to pay.

And don't slam me for selling. I live 600 miles away so I don't come to every home game. I sell at least half.

Wouldn't it be easier to just Sell your PSL and buy separate tickets to the ones your going to?

No one gets brownie points or treated like your special because "in my day I supported this team when it was hard" or the "it's such a big investment I've spent so much money".

If your selling the majority of your tickets to opposing fans for profit and not actually going to games then you are hurting this team. I don't want to hear about not finding buyers, find a better way to sell them.

Sell your PSL. Stop making excuses if it's such a pain Sell the full license. If you feel privileged because you were first or did so much. No one cares if your not in the seats.

Y'all do realize that there are thousands of Psl's owned by people who don't care who sits in those seats.

In order to help those that don't get this...

Ticket brokers. Corporations that bought PSLs for executive use. People who died and willed them to someone else.

Yeah ok people just pretend they'd buy a PSL but wouldn't. That's why we shouldn't sell the PSLs to other people. Riiiight. Or maybe greedy owners don't want to lose thier money maker. Seriously though leave PSLs alone and go invest in stocks and property. Leave the PSLs for actual fans. #changetheculture

What In  god’s  name are you rambling about?

people on this board would not even pay face value for my tickets when I posted here  there is no family discount

you spend 20 years paying for them and gas and a hotel when necessary and a three hr drive up and back from Raleigh and then I might listen to what you have to say about ‘real’ fans

btw. Do you have PSLs?  Answer best be yes. If it isn’t, leave the conversation

Tepper has stated that one of his goals is to make sure Panther fans give the team a real home field advantage on game days.

How to accomplish that? Don't know, but I don't doubt that he's going to try.

I have no idea either. Cowboys, Pittsburgh, 49ers got a long history of success and a lot of bandwagon fans

If the Panthers were 2/2 instead of 0/2 in the SB, it would be a big difference

Eh...there's a lot wrong with this, but I'll hit some of the points.

First, I have to say that I don't think many people buy PSLs to feel privileged or just because they have the money to do so. Businesses may do this, but not people who buy individual tickets. Those who buy aren't looking for an investment either; they're fans of the team. You're not making enough money on PSLs to invest. I'm not saying some people haven't done it for investment reasons, but the majority aren't.

It may be easier for her to sell her PSLs, but once you own PSLs for a few years...hell maybe even one year, you start to form a bond with other people that sit in your section on a week-to-week basis. You get to know who they are, what they do, etc. I'd certainly rather keep my PSLs and sit with people that I know instead of having to scalp or find random tickets online. That, I imagine, is why she held on to her PSLs.

Furthermore, it's not her or any PSL owners fault for not being able to sell PSLs. Face it, the same assholes on this board complaining about how rich people are and asking why they would sell to other teams are the same people who wouldn't buy a ticket at face value if offered. PSL owners that I know, my family included, always either 1) give the tickets to close family and friends (and yes, sometimes there may be a family member who's a Giants fan...sue us) 2) try to sell for a reasonable price or 3) when all else fails throw them up on the ticket exchange. And guess what? When you hit #3, you don't get to decide who buys them.

Stop being an ass about it. The majority of people want this team to do well. CERTAINLY, the posters on a Panthers forum are invested in the team. Otherwise, they wouldn't be here.

We aren’t selling our PSLs just because we moved. What happens if we move back? Buy them again? Nah. I got a guaranteed ticket to every game including playoffs, with a chance to get super bowl tickets when we make it. Not giving that up because fellow panther fans don’t want to support the team financially.

Our family owns PSLs. I hear you but if you can't go to games or arnt willing to sell to other fans then you shouldn't have invested in the team. This isn't about you or any other PSL owner this is about keeping our stadium black and blue. There are always special circumstances, however, we need fans in seats. There are fans that will buy your PSL. You just haven't looked hard enough. Being invested is more than hoping the team does well or paying for a seat (that many sell for profit) it's about showing up on game days and being damn sure if it's not you it's a fan of the team.

Guess what else? This wouldn't even be a discussion if we didn't have a problem with current owners doing exactly what you say most PSL don't do. Sure there's ticket brokers, buisness', and other people selling to other fans but that happens all over the league. The difference is most teams(especially good ones) don't have the problem we do.

It's simple, there are plenty of Panther fans out there willing to pay at or above face value to see the games. If you can't find them your either trying to rip them off or looking in the wrong areas. If someone invest for profit then shame on you and you should have your PSL revoked.

There are plenty who would buy a PSL. Including yours. Just because you have one doesn't make you a better fan, a better person, or give you rights over other fans. If you think without your PSL the Panthers would be lost your wrong on that too. You are absolutely right though you can do whatever you want with them.  However, I will call you a terrible fan who shouldn't be allowed to own a PSL when you sell to opposing fans.

The reason the rams, chargers, and any other nfl team moves from one city to another is because not only local fans refuse to show up to games, but because of away team fans. Be thankful that fans show up to panther games irregardless if they are a fan or not.

Good point. A full or near full stadium is good business for the team and the NFL.

Charlotte and the Carolinas in general have grown tremendously bc of transplants. It helps the economic position of the team staying here long-term, but it also means there are a lot of people here with no ties to the local sports team and with disposal income to spend on their "favorite" team
