Been stated here before, but bears repeating:

OTR truck drivers are a valuable commodity- everyone is trying to hire them.

If anyone is seeking a career change this could be the opportunity. Pay is pretty damn good with the right company, you can almost dictate your hours and it's just you and the rig.
