Does Jackson have a higher ceiling than Bradberry?

While I think Jackson may have a higher ceiling, I also think they are building two different houses.

Bradberry has height and what..an extra 30+ pounds?  Jackson has speed and that "swagger".

While they play the same position, they each play it differently and have different match up strengths.   In my perfect world, they are both able to be used as the matchups dictate, rather than solidifying into "this is the LCB" and "this is the RCB".

I’d say yes. Bradberry just doesn’t have that it factor to me. Gets burned to much, ball skills kind of lacking. Hands seem to suck. Hopefully I’m wrong & he bounces back.

Bradberry is gonna be a true shutdown CB & will lead the secondary in INTs!

I just want them booth to be good. They don’t need to be great. We just don’t need a liability on one side or the other like Worley or Seymour looked. We don’t need someone that the opposing offense can just target every time.  That will allow us to play good D.

BB is smooth consistent like Gamble.

Unfortunately, last year Bradberry was consistently pretty bad. I hope he can return to his rookie form. It's deeply concerning to me that we haven't developed a DB since Josh Norman, yet we continually promote from within for our DB coach.

They both will be good but Bradberry becomes a true elite CB this season. This secondary will be tested and health as of lately has been a big concern. It’s very important that we are able to rush the passer to take pressure off that young but talented secondary.

God I hope we just have corners who don't have to play 15 yards off the line of scrimmage to avoid getting blown by on a deep ball, and give up everything underneath.  Just give me some smash mouth bump and run coverage please.

He’s got to play a regular season game or two before we can even decide if he’s worth taking snaps on the other side of Bradberry consistently.
