Not really too worried about this, Hurney has got a bunch of young guys who should contribute considerably sooner than later. 

TD, both Kalil’s, Peppers and possibly Olsen will be gone next year

Rivera doesn't control who's on the roster, he controls who starts and plays. The notion that Rivera has a preference for vets around is in regards to how he decides on the depth chart, not who's on the roster.

You're only talking 2.4 years difference between top and bottom.  Kind of irrelevant to me.

The last 5 Super Bowl Champions averaged 25.98 so  I would say we are right in the window.... FYI the Broncos when they beat us were 26.2
