Times like these scare me because talent evaluation isn't exactly Rivera's strongest point.

When there are difficult decisions to be made, I fear he'll make the wrong one.

Same here. I have heard conflicting reports.

Basically, even last year when we cut Obada, other teams could have signed him BEFORE we put him on our PS. Nobody did, so we put him on there. He was untouchable (I think) and allowed us an extra PS position.

This year, he is eligible to be on the 53 man roster. If we cut him again, he can be on our PS and we'll get an extra exemption/spot for him....BUT this year other teams can sign him off it at any time to their active rosters.

That's my best understanding. Not sure if it is 100% correct, but I think it is.

Hell no to cutting him after 2 years of development unlike Hall.

Obada has better measureables, size and game play over Hall. This preseason Efe was a wrecking ball.
