Thoughts on division schedules

Our schedule is on one hand, easier than the aints, as they have to play Minn and Rams because they won the division (while we play Detroit and Seattle and Atlanta plays at Green Bay and home against the Cards ).

However, Atlanta and the Panthers both play  the Steelers and Eagles away, while the aints play them both at home.

It looks like the aints have the best schedule they could hope for after winning the division.

Meanwhile, after we go to the Superbowl, we had to start on the road against Denver.  Whatever.

In the end, lets just fuging ball out and it doesn't matter.

Gotta play the games on the schedule, one good thing is the team will be flying the least amount of miles out of all teams.

In 2015 everyone was doubting this team because of who we played, we still get no respect in 2018... prove the doubters wrong and

KEEP POUNDING

Interesting comparison of schedules, thanks.

Last year was one of the hardest strength of schedules we've ever played, and we went 11-5 with injured Cam, injured receiving corps, Shula, etc.

I'm pretty excited about this season based on that fact alone.

I'll probably post some SoS stuff next week...

I love Warren Sharp's stuff as he updates weekly and has a periscope every Monday night breaking down games. Pretty much where I start my research for DFS each week.

I agree with the sentiment about this year. As long as Cam stays healthy I believe the offense will hold it's own and our defense really just has to be average.

Strength of schedule means so little except for the next year's opponents in what 2 games.

The simple fact is you have to win games so it doesn't matter who's on the schedule just f****** win.

yes...lets start by seeing atl lose to philly & beating the cowgirls

Atlanta appears to be catching the Eagles at the perfect time. No Wentz, banged up and struggling Foles, no Alshon. I still hope Philly's D finds a way to win the game for them, but if I were an Eagles fan, I wouldn't be optimistic.

So is Julio playing for Atlanta or not. You know he won't hold out all year but if he doesn't play Atlanta's offense takes a hit as well.

News: Jones said after practice Wednesday that he will be ready to play in the Falcons' season opener against Philadelphia, Kelsey Conway of the team's official site reports. "I'm going to be ready to go," Jones said following a training camp session at Flowery Branch. "I can do everything. I'm truly 100 percent." Yes. Falcons already gave Julio an extra 2 million (taken from his 19 year) and he’s been there for all of training camp. Falcons haven’t played Julio or Freeman for all of preseason so they don’t risk injury.
