Once he goes through his growing pains (including not over-pursuing), Donte "Action" Jackson just might become a notable corner in the league. The kid has obviously got some talent and skills and...swag! Let's see if he can corral that "wild stallion-esque" type quality into fundamentally sound focused aggression.

Anyway, getting to the reason for the thread, the name "Donte 'Action' Jackson" is cool and all. It is. But it's a little long (especially for writing). I've seen some refer to him as D-Jax. Well, we know that's not gonna fly. I've seen D-Jac. Well that just doesn't sound right. It's like a bootleg version of D-Jax. And Jac is just too close to "jacked" for my liking, so I was thinking..."Donte Action Jackson...Action  Jackson..."   Then it came to me..."A-Jax!" 

A-Jax, Ajax (whatever), the name for him is A-Jax! You saw him clean up that third down play last night. 

A-Jax it is!

Alright. I thought maybe I missed an interceptions or a few pass break ups. I’m watching the replay on NFL network now - I will keep an eye on him solely

I'm pretty sure he was out of position last night on a wr screen and let someone get to the edge. other than that he played well. gotta imagine he'll be a starter going into the season.

the best part about jackson is you can tell he's the kind of player who literally never stops talking poo on the field.

Jackson looked like a rookie and had good plays and bad just like Corn. He wasn't great and didn't suck. But he played with heart and speed neither of which you can coach. You either have it or you don't. In time he will improve and be a legitimate starter. As for the name I thought Cam had dibs on that honor.
