New England holds a 7-2 edge over Carolina in the preseason, while Carolina has a 4-2 record against the Patriots in the regular season since the teams first squared off in 1995.  We lead 4-3 including our Super Bowl loss (this was right before they got busted for cheating).

I hope whoever plays on the O-line does well, and maybe we have a diamond in the rough with one or two of them like we had in Norwell when he first started. I hope to see no injuries and clean play by the Pats (one can hope). If they go after Cam, we need to go after Tommy boy. I hope our D-line can stop the run better this time.

I'm hoping to see a great performance from first team D. The Bills and the Dolphins are going to be trash this season and our D looked underwhelming to say the least. Let's get off the field a few times early. Picking off Brady would be fantastic.
