Blue jerseys with black pants confirmed

Millennials technically go back as far as 1981, and most of us are well into adulthood and even middle age. Throwing the term around like we're a bunch of bratty entitled whippersnappers is the misguided part. Now, Gen Z, THOSE guys are the real problem... :poison:

I liked the clean look of the blue tops/white pants. I'd be more excited about blue tops/black pants with black helmets, and this is from someone who before today couldn't have cared less about helmet color. Count me in with the group who thinks the black-on-black is the best uniform combo in NFL history, though. It's slick as hell and fits our Panther mascot.

Before anyone gets too excited, we're only wearing blue jerseys once this year, in Week 8 versus the Ravens. The real question is if we'll see the "winner" between these two new preseason combos, or the old silver or blue.

I'm glad to see the Panthers mix it up and try some new jerseys.  It is great for the fans and also the players because I'm sure they get sick of wearing the same colors as much as we get sick of seeing the same colors.  The blue is my favorite jersey.

1993, franchise was awarded. Original uniform concept...

I remember how pumped I was when I saw these for the first time.  Now, I have to admit that they look awful compared to our currents unis (which could probably use some updating themselves).  It's amazing the difference a few little tweaks can make.

Not trying to be snarky here, but how old are you, and why such ire for the Millennial generation?

No ire, my youngest child is 18 andmy oldest is 35. I told you I laugh about all the generations including my own - the baby boomers. My oldest plays Madden and talks about uniform colors while my youngest is into fortnight and soccer.  As for how old I am, suffice it to say I am old enough to be most of your dads and the younger ones, their granddaddy.
