There will definitely be a period of adjustment. Friday night may not be pretty. I hope he'll be fine and I think he will, but RT to LT moves, even with really good RTs, don't always go well. The good news is that Moton is very athletic and very smart. Those two attributes will certainly help.

My comment was not meant to doubt him. It just seemed people were referring to a successful conversion as if it had already occurred.

Yes, LOL!  This place goes from panic one minute to blind optimism the next. (And I am sometimes among the guilty)

If Moton or Sirles struggle many here will be calling for their heads. But we definitely need to give them some time to settle in. Moton looked excellent with 2-3 weeks exclusively at RT. By all accounts, focusing on only 1 position was helpful for him.

Let's give him a similar window to get up to speed at LT.
