you give just a little now it opened a whole world of poo spew from the fans and no one can agree on what they want. everyone in this thread has said something different and now all of a sudden our uniforms suck in general

Well you can't do black helmets due to the heat. White is being used a lot now so it won't be unique. It either has to stay silver or go darker gray.

I watched the replay yesterday and had this thought. We look like Detroit.

I make it a point to skip uniform threads, but I do think it would be wise for the franchise to update the branding given Big Cat's transgressions. I actually like the silver, but I get it if they want to move in a new direction. Not only is this look tied to JR, but the Cowboys, Pats, Lions, and Raiders all have silver helmets and pants.  That's competing with some very strong brands.

Jags have always managed fine.  Pittsburgh is still pretty hot during the early Fall.    I don't buy the heat thing.

I like silver.

Fun fact, when I was a child my favorite color was silver. I was obsessed with it. When I went to my family doctor for seasonal allergies, he wanted to prescribe some medication. He asked what flavor I would like. I said, "silver?"

I was a sharp little kid.
