Matt Khalil...

Robert Quinn is no joke. Its preseason and we dont have anyone on our roster that could come close to providing an adequate simulation of what Quinn can do in practice. The Bills also didnt have anyone close to his level. Once the season gets going he will be fine. Jordan Gross was beat like that at times by great pass rushers.

yeah, it didnt look good at all.  Just piss poor.  Got his doors blown off.  I don't care what we owe him, he needs to go now.

It's hard to believe if Matt is healthy there is not at least some aspect of his atrocious play being due to subpar effort... his execution was obviously terrible but he had shown the ability to be a good LT before. You don't get drafted that high without it. And Matt has the physical attributes to be a good LT. This is not Byron Bell or Nate Chandler being asked to play beyond their physical capabilities.

Just a colossal failure... maybe his brother can light a fire under him. Would be truly awful to think Ryan's final year here could be a waste bc of his brother. We have all the other pieces around him.

Truth is, though, we ain't getting rid of him given what we owe him and with Williams being out and no other competition, he's going to start.

He's just got to be better. His play tonight let down the whole team. I wish there was a feasible way to send him packing, but as fans, our only recourse in the short term and probably for the whole year is to hope he takes more pride in himself and plays better.

That tonight was pathetic and embarrassing

Robert Quinn is very good, but to say Addison can't give him a challenge in practice is simply not true when he is a speed and double digit sack guy.

I would like to write his performance tonight off as an outlier, but unfortunately I don't think it is.

Gross did get beat occasionally, but not like Kalil was where he's barely getting a hand on Quinn and in general looking like an undrafted rookie.

The frustration is hyper focused on Matt Kalil bc the skill positions look stacked, and in spite of our RT and LG going down, we have had guys to step up.

There's not supposed to be a need for a guy to step up at LT. Kalil is making top 10 money and claims to be completely healthy.

The offense shouldn't have to gameplan around him. He should be able to win and/or at least hold up his own in pass pro more often than not.

He looked bad but I’m not going to freak out until we see this in the regular season. With all the speed rushes, in the regular season Norv will scheme around this and call screens to that side to help.

Kalil is my most upsetting "told you so's" I knew he was pure garbage coming in and his signing at the price we paid why I was extremely glad to see Gettleman canned. Handing out that much money to a bottom tier LT is unforgivable. It disturbs me to think we are likely to see more of the same for all of this season and likely next season as well.

He may well go down as worse version of Byron Bell before all is said and done.
