To those wondering about Obada, Bill Voth wrote a clarification of his status a couple of weeks ago.

IIRC, 3 options

1.  Obada can make the 53.

2. Obada can be put on PS without exemption, meaning we only get 10 on the PS instead of 11; AND he could be claimed off PS by another team.

3.  Obada can be put on the PS with exemption for one more year as 11th guy on PS, meaning he can't be promoted or claimed.
