People saying black helmets are overdone but only the Falcons, Steelers, Ravens, Jags have them. More teams have white than black.  If we were to change our silver, I think the best is to do dark gray for pants, matte dark gray for helmets like the Missouri Tigers:

I agree with this.  Also, the Jags have an all black combo with blue accents.  Really dont want to copy the Jags.  The blue jersey - black pants combo is nice.  Wouldnt mind a black helmet tho with a blue outline of panther logo.

I would like black helmets but i worry that they will make everyone have heat stroke in our early part of the year. If we had a dome then now problems but we have to practice in them in summer and play in them. Look cool but might make the team slow from extra heat.

Our uniforms need an upgrade as soon as possible. We are the only current NFL team that still uses the old Reebok fabric on jerseys and pants.
