I want to see the Defense set the tone from the get go. They have a tendency to come out flat and allow an early score. Secondary needs to be more aggressive and not allow every hitch route to be completed.

Need to see deep passes. First drive last week was awful. Cam throwing all these picks in practice isn't good. Corners need to stop getting burnt. Lucily Miami has no receivers, but it's preseason who cares, but no measuring stick. Worried about Dallas week 1, and really worried about that week 2 matchup. If Tannehill is 12-12 with 2 TDs, it's time to firmly worry.

I know what you mean, but from what I remember the first preseason game is just a cluster trying to watch guys tackle at first. Takes them all 4 weeks and sometimes into the regular season to see good tackling since the new CBA went into place.

I want to see some DBs actually covering some receivers. When receivers are running wide open all over the field, even guys who may not even be NFL caliber QBs look like Joe Montana. See last week for a prime example. If the opposing QB's biggest challenge is figuring out which wide open receiver to gift a ball to, that ain't good.
