Preseason Week 1: Winners and Losers

Our first drive stalled out because on first and second down, with 8 men in the box, we try to shove it up the middle with CMac for nothing.  Then on third Newton's throw to Moore is tipped, not that he was beyond ten yards anyway.  WTF.

Is Norv calling Shula for advice?

Cam overthrew a wide open Olson twice.  Olson is not small.  Cam did not have his best game.

On defense, my god Seymour.....are you really going to make me miss Worely?  Really?

Their first string bested ours.  Our 2nd-4th string bested theirs.

I don't feel good.   I need to lay down.

On the whole Seymour topic, didn't he play well when he jumped in for Worley last year? Let's wait this out and see how he progresses through camp. Also, is there a reason that Gunter isn't getting more looks to start? He looked really solid in the time that he had to play last season.

He didn't really play all that well. 

A lot of people overrated him because they were tired of Worley, but he wasn't really any better.

Heinicke made a good case for making the team while Garrett had one good drive in a half of play. Garrett is a statue and Heinicke is Russell Wilson lite. I think that we keep both but after 1 game I thought Heinicke looked better

Hey all, 

didnt get to watch the game, but was curious how Richie Brown looked? 

He played at my alma mater, and I actually played a round of disc golf (yes that’s right) with him and his wife a few months ago.

i know it’s a long shot, but hoping he can latch on to a team somewhere.

i see he had 2 tackles.

Replacing Mickson is more important than having the logo at midfield. Dude is horrendous.

In all honesty, I didn't know we had a Richie Brown on the team until I just googled him. He must have played in the 4th quarter that I didn't get to watch.

Watching the game last night was like being forced to watch it at your grandmas with your slightly learning disabled uncle who lives with her providing a running commentary.
