That mes was u\yesterday and moved on from. You have to bring it back to life with a quote...yet wanna ban me because i responsed to YOUR resurrecting it?

I've said this before in other threads but it still baffles me how quickly Deangelo went from one my all time favorite panthers to easily my most disliked (Carruth aside). Sure we've had guys that haven't been very good but damn they gave a poo and didn't seek out opportunities to trash our organization.

Now granted who the fug knows how much of a dirtbag JR was but Deangelo went from 100 to 0 in the span of a single season seemingly.

@Jeremy IgoI’ve heard many times before that DWill was almost universally disliked in the locker room, but for what reasons? Obviously he gave plenty to fans

He'll give plenty to fans as long as you give plenty to him, or as long as a camera is in his face. J-Stew and Deangelo used to have a fan-club of sorts where you gained access to certain events with them for $34.28 a year if I remember correctly. I was never part of that, but apparently he was cool if you were in that. Otherwise he would take 10 steps past you after you politely ask for an autograph, turn back around and say "aww man, should've gotten me when I was in front of you." Dude is a douche.

Disappointed in former players trashing on Panthers or specific people, but I find it amusing the vitriol and hate that goes back on these guys.  I saw it with Peppers when he left and fans burning his jersey....the fans here go from love to hate back to love sooooo quick.  I liked and still wish the best for Benjamin, Dwill, and yes, JR too.  #NotMe

The difference is Peppers never said anything, at all. I really never even heard knew what the guy's voice sounded like until he was a Bear. Panther fans just took it personal when he left after being paid a ton under the franchise tag. Anyone would've taken that deal so it was never his fault, just fans being bitter.

Sounds like the Isaiah Thomas and Demar story, players gave more then enough to and organization and don’t feel they were recognized enough or fairly for there sacrifices. I’m referring strictly to the handling of the passing of there mom’s for d will and kB, regardless of how you feel, you’ll always remember how you were treated in you time of need, especially by people close to you or your employer/place of work

Yeah, I still remember exactly how I felt after my Mom died.

One thing I did *NOT* feel was the need for the entire fugging world to come before me, bow and genuflect, tell me just how AWFUL they felt for me, tell me how great my Mom was, then get down on their knees and fellate me.

Your Mom died.  You grieve.  You come to terms with that grief.  You get over it enough to move on with your life (because that's what she would have wanted).  No part of that has *anything* to do with anyone else, because its all inside you.  If you're not strong enough to accomplish that, seek professional help (from your pastor or a certified counselor).

At least that's what the vast majority of people that are not pampered millionaire athletes, who have come to expect all the attention to be on them at all times, do.

Is KB criticizing Cam or the Panthers organization?  If it's the organization, why call Cam out under false pretenses?  By the way, if you are going to call Cam out for something, you better be Marvin Harrison/Jerry Rice/Torry Holt good.  You bet not be a Brandon LaFail type talking about Cam's accuracy and game knowledge.  Heck, I would more willing to listen to Brenton Bersin about Cam's accuracy then KB.

That’s you problem, you look at them as millionaire athletes instead of humans or regular people with feelings. That’s how you deal with your grief and that’s fine, but everyone doesn’t grieve the same and shouldnt. Not condoning how both have handled the situation but I definitely can be objective and relate

DeAngelo got issues.  Simple as that.  It isn't just that he didn't get the treatment he felt he deserved when his mother passed.

I mean just watch the dude engage with people in other scenarios. Like when he was on that NFL Network show

https://ftw.usatoday.com/2017/12/nfl-deangelo-williams-argument-nfl-network-patriots-steelers

I mean, it hard to like #34 away from the game based off what he chooses to present.   Dude seems to have gigantic ego as well getting in his way.
