For sure - he was not (is not?) ready or capable to adjust to NFL defenses and speed, and our offense last year didn't help him (nor did he help them!). We'll see how that changes the rest of the season but my biggest fear is he delivers a few more back-up worthy performances, and we somehow think he's our long term solution. But I don't think his failures are work ethic related... Maybe I'm wrong. I suspect we'll know more when he's gone some day. -
