Personally, that doesn't bother me all that much as long as we're building a winner.  But given how badly people have reacted to our parting ways with certain players before, I could see that being a "honeymoon ender".

That's gonna be a big question in the time to come.

Tepper was pretty "hands on" with his business, but the expectation as an NFL owner is that he'll put someone he trusts in charge and let them go.

Tepper really seems like a great guy in person as well. Didn’t say much more than “hey how’s it going” but he reached out to me to shake my hand when he was walking through the stands at fan fest tonight. Man crush confirmed
