I asked you not to sleep on Jarius Wright. I really fell he may be the best route runner on the squad. Here is an example why.

This is why the man is a third down catching machine. Watch his hands at the start, sheds the press effortlessly. Clean break in the route. Makes the easy catch. First down.

Looks like a crisper faster younger Bersin.  I just hope wright’s dad didn’t have a house on the same street as Tepper once as a child, otherwise incoming Tepper love child theories.

Funchess - Moore - Smith - Samuel - Wright - Byrd

I think Byrd might be the odd man out with CMC and Moore returning punts and kicks. Samuel makes Byrd more expendable too. And before someone laughs at that comments because of Samuel's injuries - don't forget about Byrd's injuries too..

...so? A catch is a catch. I never understood the downplaying of a catch if its not plucked out of the air. If they catch the ball and it stays in their possession who gives a fug how they caught it?

Yep. Every pro receiver occasionally bodies a catch. Often has to do with ball placement (as above). Not a big deal unless the guy can't catch with his hands and we know that isn't the case with Wright.

Am I the only one watching that and thinking Bradberry has regressed more then we already thought he did?

Great release. That's an underrated part of the receiving game. I don't agree about the break. The initial foot in the ground is decent, but the route is rounded off. I'm actually someehat surprised that Bradberry wasn't able to defend that better.

lol dude one play. from all accounts, Bradberry has done exceptionally well so far at camp.

Well, apparently nobody is just watching him, It's not him getting beat, it's how lazy he is and his lack of effort. This is camp..he is fighting for a job but his body language suggests he doesn't care.

Exactly my point on Bradberry, he guards this about as lazy as you can possibly get lol

Terrible coverage on that play. It looked like a one on one, and if so, receiver has the edge anyway.
