Question really should be: Will growing out his hair take him to a top level QB? Cause right now he is barely middle of the pack. 

Hopefully this gives him a new self-confidence and he can actually make a good throw and stop relying on his feet so much.

As to the topic though, I doubt it surprises anybody that it's a bit of a culture shock going from Richardson to Tepper, but I have to admit I underestimated just how different it's going to be personality wise. One simple video interview has people buzzing all over the place.

We're probably still a long way from finding out how he's going to run things in the football department, but as far as the way they interact with people, it's as different as night and day.
