I gotta agree. While I don't think Jake's a bad QB, I do think he's starting to try and be more of a play-making QB than just a game-managing QB and his decisions are getting worse because of it.

He should of had 3 Ints last night because of either trying to force it or just throwing it up wildly out of desperation instead of simply getting rid of it (don't get me wrong, I'm as glad as anyone that #87 caught that crazy hail mary Jake threw while going backwards off his back foot in the first half, but the truth is that he never should have thrown it).

Watching #89's catches the previous two weeks have also convinced me that he's one of the best in the game because I don't think any of the big yardage catches he's made were thrown "in stride" or "on target". It seems that every time you see him catching the ball deep he's having to make some miraculous athletic adjustment to come up with the darn thing because of where it is thrown (not that they are the worst throws in the world but they just seem to lack that little extra touch of precision that separate the great play-making QBs from the good QBs).

3rd and 3 in OT? I would have like to see them run it.

Really? How come Smitty has over a thousand yards this season? Just look at those long bombs Jake threw to him yesterday & how Smitty caught 2 very criticial one. You're in fact, dead wrong about that no on trust Jake with the ball. Guess Dante Rosario didn't trust him when he won the Chargers game when the clock expire, huh? :prrr:
