Mick is a nice guy and a team player, but he does not have the same broadcasting gravitas that Rosinski had. I've never thought he was the voice we needed and would like to see a change made. We need someone who has more of a trademark voice, the fire the cannons guy the Bucs have is more my style. He knows his team, knows the game, and knows how to shape words for radio.

Mixon reportedly confirmed in a radio interview that Tepper met with both the radio team and the social media team today and discussed some things with them.

So yeah, no indication that there will be any changes on either of those fronts.
