Don't get me wrong, I love Jake Delhommes fire and passion for the game. I like it when my QB gets fired up and shows emotion during the game. But for what we're getting from him, our starting QB, our backup Moore can do, and better. I assure you that Moore would spread the ball around and make defenses back off the eight man front.

You can't assure anything about Moore. He's too unknown. And if you think defenses would back off the eight man front because Moore was at quarterback, you'd probably be very wrong. There's nothing teams like to do more than get after an inexperienced quarterback.

Jake has his faults but it was pointed out the other day. If Moose and Jarrett cannot make other defenses pay then we need to fix it. We need to find someone, pay someone who can. If the TE's are the only folks that can do that then we have problemes at WR. Jarrett needs to go. Cut him and sign someone that is hungry. I can tell you this. Bring in Curry, Carter and about 1/2 dozen WR that are hungry. You will see a change.

I also believe that Jake has lost something. Passes seem to float, there is no zip to them anymore. If you underthrow the best receiver in the league John Fox needs to let someone else do the delivering. I like Jake, I always have but he is becoming a liability more than an asset.

I really hate to say it but i feel Jake has lost his MoJo and it looks like he isn't getting it back. It looked to me like on the two interceptions he just had tunnel vision. He is only seeing the receiver and not the defenders around him. The second interception in the replay you can clearly see the safety jumping the route.

Moore and Feeley are mobile, and accurate on the run in the the passing game. This quarterback situation is really getting ugly. The Panthers won this last game despite Jake. I like the guy but its time to go to other options.

True, but I bet there isn't a defense in the league that wouldn't prefer Jake Delhomme over your average inexperienced QB right now.

I say that if Jake has 1 more lackluster game,start Moore,if Moore doesn't do good,then put Jake back in.Fox needs to do the same thing that Reid did last year when he benched McNabb for 1 game!It worked wonders,the same thing could work w/ Jake,lets find out!

This team was not 12-4 because of Jake. Some of those wins he had a passer rating that was almost laughable. The guy has played shoddy for two years and since Arizona last year he has been awful. One of the three worst passers in the league. And with the weapons we have on offense that is inexcusable. His accuracy is the worst I have ever seen in a professional QB and that alone is why he needs to be gone. Just cut him and try to win with Moore but give us a chance to win without having a QB who is turning the ball over 3 times a game.

He did throw some awesome throws in double coverage to Smitty last year,haven't seen any this year!
