Don't get me wrong, I love Jake Delhommes fire and passion for the game. I like it when my QB gets fired up and shows emotion during the game. But for what we're getting from him, our starting QB, our backup Moore can do, and better. I assure you that Moore would spread the ball around and make defenses back off the eight man front.

We need to know what Matt Moore can do and Jake Delhomme needs to ride the bench. If Matty doesn't work out maybe Jake will have his poo together in a few weeks. If Jake has anything left it would be good for him to step away from the starters role for a bit.

But don't get me wrong I want Matt to take the reigns and never look back.

too early to toss the season away. if Jake plays as poor as you guys think he will, we will be out of it by December and Matt will have plenty of time to see what he can do. Until then it makes no sense to replace Jake with someone who hasn't started in 2 years and then for 3 games. otherwise Moore's stats have been poor. If he can't excel against third stringers in preseason, he will really suffer against first stringers.

Season's not truly over until we're officially out of the playoff hunt. Until then, the staff has made its bed with Jake and they have to deal with the consequences, for better or for worse. Not happy with the way's he's playing but I'm not happy with our passing scheme as even I'm beginning to see the same routes every week.

Oh, and for old time's sake...

START WEINKE!!!
