Best Drop Rates for Receivers last year

Kida hard to drop rhe ball when you dont even fight/go for it

Kid did really improve though last year and finally showing he can be a darn good #2 WR

Sadly we couldnt brag about the others and drop rate.  Its was sad last year watching those guys.  And that New Orleans playoff game last year was possibly the saddest performance by a group of WR ive ever seen.  Kalil was a turnstile but we still got the ball off and Cam still put it in the breadbasket including in the endzone.  Yet we still dropped them and barely lost.  People like to remember Kalil getting beat on that last play, but not the wide open drops where only Cam handing it to them wouldve made it easier.

When you have injuries and you need to play guys like Clay you will obviously have a drop off . When you can keep it to 5 points on the road against the Saints you have to be optimistic about having a much more experienced OC and a much deeper WR grouip.

When you consider that was probably the worst crop of WRs to ever suit up for a playoff game, they played decent. Cam outplayed Drew, we were just a few plays away from taking that game. After that game I felt similar to the way I felt after losing in the playoffs to Seattle in the 14' season, thinking about the upcoming season. I think we surprise everyone again this year, but the offense leading the way more so than the defense.

I've been as hard on Funchess in the past as just about anyone, but the guy was pretty much playing with one arm at that point. He probably wouldn't have even been on the field if we weren't down to just him and a bunch of practice squaders.

Come on man.  Only reason funch was on the feild at that point is it was him or the water boy.  He was obviously in a ton of pain and he is a tough dude.

Your spot on about the other wideouts.  poo was hard to watch.

Funchess came in extraordinarily young, for all intents and purposes a tight end, raw as a freshly cut filet mignon, and he has shown great improvement. Many fans, including Huddlers, still don't realize that he has yet to even reach his ceiling. If he has another solid year, we'd be unwise to let him get away.
